How is the Shen Rework going? (Shen Discussion)

I see rioters comment on Poppy and Taric posts all the time eventhough their rework hasn't come to fruition (atleast in our eyes). I'd just like to talk about my favourite champ's rework and maybe get some questions answered.

>1. Is the passive getting changed at all? If so... What are some of the things you guys are trying with it?

>2. Will be getting a new form of CC? Will his ult be equipped with it's own passive?

>3. What is shen's power budget? For a tanky fighter how much DPS is he allowed to have? For example: Braum= 1 Leona= 2 Jarvan= 3 Mundo= 4 and Darius= 5. Regarding Shen's power budget. Which number is he?

>4. What type of tank is shen and will he still be that type of tank after rework?

>5. Where are you planning to take Shen with this rework?

I read on reddit that he is getting a new passive, Q and W. E and R will remain "mostly" the same.

Pretty sure that is what I read.
