Please stop reporting everyone when you lose
If losing is a bannable offense, then 95% of the community would be banned.

It is ok to report someone if someone is trolling/ intentionally feeding but you can't report someone for having a bad game.

tbh I don't think it's a big deal because, assuming the system's working right, these kinds of reports would be taken less seriously (because the credibility would be questionable based on the past behavior of reporting, assuming this is a repeated thing)
Let them keep reporting.
The more illegitimate reports they send in, the less seriously Riot takes their claims.
I'm pretty sure it's somewhere in the "I deserve challenjour" clause.
Now, maybe I'm missing something, but in the long run wouldn't it be better for them to report everyone after each game they lose? That sort of false report karma will get them devalued in the system a whole lot faster than them periodically falsely reporting people.
i got a guy who decided to spam ff and intentionally feed because he was playing soraka and sucked. No joke, he won lane but didnt do a hell of alot of the next 5 min so he decides to do the before mentioned. We still won (easily) and he says hes gonna report all of us because we didnt ff and easy win away.
I report Everyone every time something I don't like happens. Not like it's unjustified; that guy is a bastard.

blame riot for making EVERYTHING legit reportable. You cant win for losing because if you dont do exactly as one clueless delusional jackass on your team says well REPORT XXX for not cooperating, I told them to goto baron when our jungler is dead and they didnt come REPORT REPORT REPORT.

On a more serious note. Yesterday a teammate was asking everyone to report me for intentional feeding because i was 0/3. -.- I ended the game with a positive KDA, most CS, most gold, 2nd highest dmg done to champs.... yeah

Saying "Are you guys going easy on us?" can get you reported for negative attitude/verbal abuse. Same with ggez, and lol at the end of the game.

Listen my friend, if you report someone for "Kill Stealing" it is dumb but in the end it helps your team and if the guy is feeding help him out. BUT to report in general it is the BRONZE WAY. LEE SIN TO YOUR HEART AND GO WHERE THE FLAME TAKES YOU EVEN IF IT MEANS DEATH. LISTEN ;~; IF A TEAM MATE IS FEEDING HELP HIM OUT MAN.
losing a game entices people to report for more minor things
People don't care what you have to say about "chill guys". Another problem is the fact that the report system exists... That alone motivates people to report NOT for the reason that its intended for but because they are frustrated that they lost.
Report system is flawed in so many ways that i'm still shocked Riot considers it out of beta phase and that it's being used right now as we speak and counted as reliable and accurate.
What Riot should do is disable it completely and if someone has something seriously offensive and i mean something that they really are offended by then let them send in a ticket. If it does offend the person for sure then trust me they'll go through the trouble of sending in a ticket.
Right now reports are going left and right cause people can't handle a lost or a death or being outfarmed or w/e the minor issue might be. People do and say things when they are mad that they dont mean. The only comeback losers have is the report system. Thats it. And guess what? That is how it's being utilized. Report, report, report is all i hear in every single one of my games. Not one game in a very long time have i gone through an entire game without someone saying "report x cause hes feeding", "I'm reporting you because of X".
It's exhausting now. And it's creating a bunch of entitled cry babies. I'm afraid these kids will have a very difficult time adapting to the real world where there isn't a report button.
