Lux was channeling ult, so she ate the full Q, but that's no excuse for damage to be that high.

That said, abilities like Neeko's Q, Swain's R, Anivia's R, Kathus's E, etc. which require you to stand still or be CC'd to do their full damage should definitely kill a charging Lux who decided to ult within range of enemies who could kill her.
