Only problem With Tank meta is thornmail

I really like this meta ,. But i think that riot should buff lifesteal

Every game i play i watch both adc trying to kill the front lane and lose 1/2 of their hp because of thornmail+gromp. So they have to buy mr but then they don't have damage, only option left is lifesteal considering that they also have to buy BRK against tanks. And they also can't play without crit because everyone just rush IE and statik. But the lifesteal of BRK is too little cost efficient, 10% for 3200 gold.

I think riot should increase the lifesteal of to at least 12%

If someone you're worried about is rushing Thornmail then dropping what you're working on and rolling with BotRK and Whisper is not a terrible idea in the least.

Too bad Crit in general and IE specifically are such game-warping stats, huh? Might actually allow Riot to make interesting AD itemization.

If Thornmail is actually a problem buffing lifesteal will actually make it worse. Thornmail will go from being a good item to being required to combat champions who build lifesteal. The last thing we want to have more required items floating around.

Basically if Thornmail is a problem then it's Thornmail that needs to be changed.

It became good when lifesteal was nerfed from brk and Bt price changed, why don't you just buff lifesteal cost efficent?,

and what change to thornmail would you do?

Personally I don't see Thornmail as a problem item, at least not a large enough problem for Riot to do anything. It may be strong enough to force a meta shift if one is needed toward ADCs who use abilities as often as they auto, and that could be a good thing, however in order to see if that's the case we would have to give it time.

As for the lifesteal nerf... There's a reason they did that, I'd rather not revert it because of the damage from a single defensive item.

MR, Lifesteal, Armor pen. Unless it's a fed ap tank stacking mpen items or you didn't itemize correctly, you're generally just losing your lifesteal.

randuin is a much better item imo, it give health so it also counter ap mage. and the 15% as debuff is very nice against %health magic dmg like kog maw or true damage like vayne. Thronmail is useless against these adc

How about just learn to build 1 of the 3 items that give MR that adcs usually build? I always find it funny when people never buy them or only do as a very last item while complaining about thornmail/tanks, they will even put off LW as well. I'm a terrible adc and have never had trouble with thornmails when I'm forced to adc because I actually know to build BV+Lifesteal+LW when it's needed.
