Armor and Mr mean nothing, there are too many sources for true damage.

The tanks and fighters that can actually take a hit without being monstrously ahead are characters like Warwick ,Galio, Garen ,Illaoi ,Aatrox ,Darius For either having % damage reduction buttons or access to self healing that is based off of dps.

I'm a tank main and I play a lot of WW but I really don't like the idea of having to add an ability to characters to at all enable them to do their primary job like primal howl, but without it ww would be pretty fucking useless. Percent damage reduction usually has very little in the way of interactivity but it kinda has to be that way because it's a response to the absurd amount of damage that Is in the game at the moment.

Self healing fighters are not in any way fun to deal with because once they get one item completed they turn into all mighty gods that take 3 people to reliably put down. But these types of characters are what is viable now; picking something like nautilus, maokai and shen will not get you very far because 200 armor/mr just is not worth same amount as it used to be.

Against bruisers armor is irrelevant thanks to whoever thought conqueror was a good idea, seriously converting 20% of all damage done into true damage wonderful. Plus late game adcs are doing true damage as well with the reworked item 3031 who is armor supposed to be countering the minions, turrets? It doesn't feel good to have to rely on what is essentially true defense to counter true damage.

Conqueror item 3031 summoner 14

Can't wait till riot decides to give mages true damage items with their rework as well in order to force them to be good.

OP: Resistances are not worth buying anymore since they don't provide any durability.

Damage needs to drop from outside sources and ATK speed needs a Nerf.

Armor and MR is designed to help you against mages and assassins, while also buying you more time against champions with item 1419 and item 3153 and abilities like those two items' passives.

Also, 200 armor never meant shit past 15-20 minutes. You wanted 250-300 armor as an actual tank (Or, hell, even as a juggernaut), unless they only have a SINGLE relevant source of physical damage. You have enough ways to get over that much now (A large number of items with a good amount of armor and a rune that gives you a % additional armor).

Conquerer's problem is that it's too much extra AD, and that it's too readily available the second someone with it wants to trade. The true damage conversion isn't the issue here (It's roughly 5-10% extra damage with the conversion, tops. Maybe 15% if you stacked a ton of armor), trust me.

Also, Shen has been kinda shit in low-tier for forever, and Nautilus hasn't been good since the start of the season (Well before Conquerer was added). Saying that they're bad because of Conquerer is just false - They're bad because they're bad, not because of a rune. (Note that they can still be good in the hands of someone that plays them enough, of course).

Just stop. Your delusional. Damage is too High which means 20% of dmg that is too high which makes True damage to high. Also the speed at which that damage is applied is definitely Too High since ATK speed caps. Barely exist anymore

????????????

None of what you said even makes sense.

It's not 20% more damage. It's THE EXACT SAME THING AS 20% MORE ARMOR AND MAGIC PEN.

Trynd does not gain 20% damage from Conquerer's true damage conversion. Neither does Aatrox, Camille, Fiora, Kled, or anyone else that uses the rune. Literally the only time they do is against someone with 999999 armor - the absolute maximum possible, with a Thresh with his passive at the most stacks the game can handle. This will never happen under any circumstances - the game would end up crashing well before then, as it'd take tens of hours to do. Realistically, against a tank, it's 10-15% more damage, which puts it roughly in-line with Press the Attack's 12% increased damage. If you have any armor pen, innate true damage, or true damage conversion from IE, it's less.

If damage is too high, then damage is too high. True damage conversion does NOT change that either way. Damage itself is too high then.

Also, the AS cap is literally the exact same thing it's been for forever - 2.5. Nobody that uses Hail of Blades builds much AS at all (Except maybe Yi), and Tempo is a situational rune that basically nobody uses anyways. And if you're going with those, your damage per hit is lowered due to not bringing as much AD or whatever.

What the fuck are you ranting about. What I said was clear as day

Damage = To High

Conqueror Damage 80% reduced by resistance 20% is not reduced by resistance

Therefore that 20 fucken% is Too High

Since Over all damage is to high.

And ATK speed could be nerfed aswell since they pretty much removed the ATK speed Cap for anyone

Like I said. Your delusional if you think what you wrote down is what I said
