Can we have new AP armor item that ISN'T power gated by an active?

used to have 120 AP it used to cost 3300 gold it gave 50 armor and the cooldown on the active was 90 seconds

now it gives 70 ap 45 armor 10% cdr and the cooldown is 120 seconds

now this was done because its ACTIVE was deemed too powerful to be on an item with 120 ap "it's too gold efficient" yada yada, blah blah blah Ok.. fine..

keep the current

but at least give SOMETHING with AP and armor we can use.

if you want to gate because of the "crazy strong active" FINE.

but give us ANOTHER option to use without some "godlike" active so can actually have an option OTHER than

AD have and the new all of which give damage, utility, and MR, to use vs AP. Now most AD champ vs AP wont pick all of them, but at least they have options.

you stuck EVERYTHING to use vs AD on ONE item

if we want the active vs an AP team becuase its good for our champ, we need to buy if all we want are defensive stats with some AP and we wont really use the active much, we are still PAYING for it because its the ONLY option.

give us another AP vs AD item that we can use, without it being power-gated by an active.
