What the fuck is the deal with Rageblade Jax, Riot?

Every time I see him. Everytime I see my friends play against him. It's the same thing. It doesn't matter how hard you shit on him in lane, he finishes that item and he can outduel you immediately unless you're playing like Darius or something.

Jax has massively over-inflated ratios because hybrid itemization was bad.

Now it isn't.

And so Jax is stupid.
