Preseason: Can we give crit marksmen a DPS alternative to Stormrazor's Burst?

I feel like there is a void for such an item for champs like . Yes, can work on a lot of them, but as a marksmen player that item doesn't appeal to me much. If I wanted to burst from range, I'd just play a mage. I feel like the early game marksmen fantasy for more dps centered marksmen should be ramping damage and let the more AD heavy ones enjoy storm razor like .

All the item needs to do is give more AS than AD, and reward users for getting off as many auto attacks as possible. It could be a variant that ramps up attack speed and gives crit chance once you stack it up. It could give bonus damage based on missing hp, it doesn't matter as long as it is a dps item.
