I feel the rageblade change just super buffed Kayle

With the scaling changes, she gains a lot more for her "cheat like" stacking ability. Being able to fully stack in half the amount of autos just to swap over to ranged attacks, now makes her damage buffed autos happen faster. She gains up to 24% ap just for 4 autos (that also increase her total attack speed by %total attack speed each hit).

She was not the strongest rageblade champion, but it seems that she may have been overlooked in this one.
