Getting real tired of seeing every adc with 2 shields

Those are more defense than offensive items but limiting people buying certain items will get FLAMED on real fast. First it begins with adc than it will go on and on with other people thoughts on lanes with items. Tank can only buy 1 tank item etc etc.

Regardless of whether you are against an AP or AD champ, you now get 10% LS/SV and 25% AS for the remainder of the battle. That is way over the top for the spectrum that this "defensive item" is supposed to be built for.

While Steraks is a mostly defensive item, the fact that it boosts Trinity Force/Iceborn damage is rather significant. The cost effectiveness for +400(+1800) HP is completely ridiculous though. It's such a clutch item for anytime your team is pushing early.

Kog'maw, was my most recent. That champ never died unless all 5 of us focused him hard, and then it took almost everything we had just to kill him, let alone the full team behind him. Trust me, it was not even close to being balanced.
