Shes not even maxing E yet there it is, procing and finishing sigil by itself and thunderlords basically chunks 30% of my hp
and since her cooldowns are non existent she just has a permanent range of effect
and dont even think about landing skillshots against that w.
Rotate some of that damage on Q instead.
Divewing2 votesI dunno. Between being a skillshot, blocked by minions, and medium range at best, I find it very obvious when a LeBlanc is going for the hit.
If you're getting hit by it that often, you probably need to work on reading your opponent and dodging

You are thinking about E because her Q is the very slow moving projectile. Also with the recent changes to Anivia it's not just R>E for half their HP anymore and it requires the use of her wall + 1.5 seconds for her E to get the burst like damage. Also why are you trying to compare to 
? I mean if you really want to complain about nuke damage, Leblanc's any 2 abilities + her passive does more then Anivia's full kit anyways.
