Come on Riot, Please Explain

OK I guess I really need more explanation on this ranked thing. Last week I made a post about it and thought i got the right answer but clearly something has changed. So i will explain my previous post and what i was told and then go into why im making this post. Please someone official explain this.

• Season 4 i finished season in Silver 5.

• In Season 5 placements I went 7-3 and got put in Bronze 5. I never got out of bronze in Season 5.

• Season 6 I went 7-2 in placements (servers crashed on 10th game so that game was not counted) I was still placed in Bronze 5 but finished the season in Silver 5

• Season 7 Flex placements I went 6-4 and it said I would start the season in Silver 2, that was last week. I thought it was weird that I would get Silver 2 after going 6-4 when the previous 2 season i did better and got Bronze 5.

Ok so now why im making this post.

When i made my post last week I was told it was because i was playing against people higher rank than me and when i went back and looked I was playing against a lot of plat and diamond players. And also just yesterday i won my promos and made it up to Silver 1 and noticed on my load screens I had my silver border.

But today, just now, I went to play my 1st game after making it to Silver 1. During load screen i noticed i didnt have silver border anymore and the game ended up being a remake. As soon as I get back to the main screen I get a pop up notice saying that I will be starting season 7 in Bronze 5.

So my questions are........

Why am i now being put back in Bronze 5 after already climbing to Silver 1 just days after starting in Silver 2?

Why give the silver border for just 1 day then take it away especially since i finished last season in Silver?

I truly hate B5. Im know im not the greatest player but those games are a shitfest. Between the new players, the 0 lp i dont care players and all the higher ranks playing on their bronze smurfs and intentionally losing so that they stay in bronze it is hard for a support main to get out of bronze. I dont duo, i play solo......not everyone is supportable in bronze. In fact I had to stop playing support just to get out of it and it took a year to do it. Once i got out i went back to playing support and had some really fun games and enjoyable again. And then this system teases me by giving me Silver 2 for a week, letting me climb to Silver 1 and then the next day tell me ill be starting season 7 in bronze 5. Please tell me this is a glitch.
