5% ap onhit mastery gone????

Before the new mastery tree there was 5%ap damage onhit you could select. This is no longer there,.. however, it looks like it has been added to gussinoo rage blade in the form of 7.5% ap on hit. I have no problem with this and think it really makes rageblade standout.

The problem I have is that this mastery worked well with Narshor tooth. Now, in order to get 20% ap on hit, I have to buy both narshors tooth and rageblade.

I know thunderlord decree has been added and adds huge magic burst, but it has a huge cooldown and does nothing for consist on hit builds.

I think narshors tooth should be bumped to 20% ap on hit and 40% attack speed.
