Can u seriously Buff him already for God sake. This is his worst state ever

Shifue Draven1 votesHonestly even buffing him right now is a joke tanks are shafted by the new system and he has been in a poor state for a while while i love the bear( he was my go to jungle in s6 and early s7) all the item health nerfs have killed him plus his kit is outdated to hell and back and now he is dying a slow painful dead as a support and even then it's iffy.
Sp33d Zer01 votesBuffing volibear will not fix him. He needs a full rework. Trying to shove buff after buff after buff down his throat Udyr style is only going to make an absolute mess of a champion once he becomes viable due to being a raw stat check.
