Can we get some utility focused support items?

This has been bothering me for a while, but why aren't there basically any good utility support items? Sure there is and but neither of these are things you generally want to take as your first or often even second big item (after upgrading your starting support item, getting boots, and getting )

Would it be possible to get some items that focus around giving bonuses to heals/shields given to allies? Or items that give bonus damage to allies who proc on hit abilities from champions like Sona, Lux, Leona, etc.... Or hell even just items that give bonus damage to allies within X range.

Basically i would just love to see a few more utility based items in the game that favor non tank support champions, that also can't be easily abused by AP mages thus forcing them to get heavily nerf'd

I feel like item 3222 is a solid utility support item, although its 3 min CD keeps it from seeing play.

Also item 3190 use to be very popular, but after a series of nerfs and how much more prevalent AD is now over AP. It's just a bad choice, because at level 18 a 345 damage shield is only going to block half an auto attack from an ADC.

Maybe more actives like a AP, mana item that gives move spd but talisman takes that, banner, locket, zekes, ardent, righteous, fqc and crucible. All have good actives I think. I support often. But what are you looking for that isn't there?

Really? I take Censor right after getting my FQC and Sight stone on Sona. I think it's a wonderful item.

Also, it's really difficult to justify another item that supports heals. a) because it becomes allot more prevalent on the abuse cases. (like Sona or Raka) b) We now have a Key stone that greatly supports increased heals. and c) Stacking that item, on top of Censor, would become problematic. Unless you reworked them to have the same unique passive.
