Champions! I don't know which to buy. D:

So, basically, the title. I'm looking for new champs to buy (I almost have 6300, so the sky's the limit), though I'm kind of picky about what I want / would like.

What I like:

• Champions who rely more on player skill than itemization, and leave you feeling like you actually out-played someone, rather than just out-itemized them.

• Champions who have a more complex playstyle than just clicking on people (I hate AA spam and targeted ability spam), and does more than just spam one or two things into infinity.

• While not a must, I do like mobility.

• More bursty damage than sustained.

• Also not mandatory, but I would highly prefer champions who are more "good" or neutral, and aren't incredibly dark and depressing to listen to (Hello, Kindred!).

• Again, not absolutely required, but I love champions that are more light-hearted and happy, like Braum, Trist, Jinx, etc.

• A fast-paced playstyle, with very little down time.

What I don't like (basically the inverse of everything above):

• I don't like champs who just click people to death or take no effort and win anyway, and I don't like champs who win through stats alone.

• I don't like tanks.

• AA spam.

• Dark, depressing VO's and thematics.

So! That's the short list of what I like and don't like in a champion. Based on that, what champs do you think I'd enjoy? Just list off any you can think of, and give me a little explanation on why. I have several champs for every role already, so literally any champ will do. I just want a bit more variety in playstyle and all that. ^^

(By the way, I need an ADC or two that's actually fun to play, and not just AA spam. So if you know of one like that, let me know!)
