It's not about Strength though. Rengar players have often stated that they think the animation lock of his Q feels horrible and clunky to use, and they want his old, smooth Q back.

also, when i see haru using rengar's combo it seems good to me

Notice how it takes 1-2 seconds for it to happen tho? She doesn't die the second he lands.

Also, do you even truly understand why people want Rengar reverted? It has NOTHING to do with being able to 1-shot someone. It's entirely based on how fluid he was to play in comparison to his clunky rework, as well as separations from his theme and his kit.

Don't try to overblow a situation that you barely even understand.

So you just ignore everything about his target being way out of position? She has a literal indicator telling her that she's going to get jumped on, and she's not close enough to her Support who can give her heals and shields.

Yea he kills as fast as any other assassin can nowadays, provided they're fed enough. Why aren't you complaining about them?

"Seems", but have you actually tried playing it? Have you ever touched the champion? Have you ever pulled off one of his combos? It's awful in comparison to what it used to be and in comparisons to champions like Riven and Yasuo who have smooth combos that feel good to execute.
