Am I the only one who thinks Xerath deserves a new passive like Lissandra?

As it stands I'm not a fan of how oppressive he can be in lane. With alittle mana and the sustain off his passive he can basically just bully you out of lane from FOW, and if he's even half good at predicting he will land most of his skillshots on you.

I kind of like Xerath's current passive but I totally agree that he could use a new one. He needs something to make him feel like more of an artillery character, something relating to range or hitting consecutive long range spells.

It's alright. Other than Lissandra's passive, it has interaction and merges well with the playpattern.
