Ocean drake might be weak in the current meta

Don't know if that's really true, but I have the feeling all drakes are useful except ocean drake because you don't really have time to regen anyways.

depends on the stacks. 1 ocean drake is pretty difficult to even notice it, but 2-3 is useful. However, given how stupid people are, and how bad they are at pushing lanes, it's pretty rare where you'd ever want to go for an ocean drake instead of leaving it there for the enemy team to waste their time on.

I think Ocean is still my favorite, personally. It's not helpful for teamfights, really, but it can help immensely with laning and with map pressure. I find that people don't really notice how long they're able to go without backing when they have an Ocean, but that doesn't make it bad.
