Bring back Zephry or some other tenacity item

Seriously Riot, can we not be allowed to counter build against a team that has a LOT of CC? What? That's not allowed?

If they are tons of AD, you can build Armor

If AP you can build MR

If they do true damage you can build health

But if they have lots of CC...what? Tough shit?

If i want to sacrifice more AD or armor to get something like a Zephyr, based on the conditions of the match, that should my tactical decision to make.

You have effectively passively buffed all champions with lots of CC because you nerfed mercury treads and got rid of zephyr and put tenacity in the masteries in a place that not many people who need them, like auto attackers, are going to use.
