We need another tenacity item

Ive said this before. I am having a hard time understanding why more people don't agree.

We have items to block abilities, to slow attack speed, that provide shields, slows, movement etc etc. Yet for some reason we only have one item that provides Tenacity.

Basically Riot is saying that they don't want you to be able to counter CC that much, and if you do, you get one option.

I think that is awful--you don't have the ability to do a build specific to a heavy CC team when you don't want to give up bersker greaves or ninja tabai, and you are willing to take a lesser damage, or maybe armor item, for the tenacity.

We should have options, and every aspect in the game should have counter play.
