armor reduction increased from 15/20/25/30/35% to 25/27.5/30/32.5/35% damage increased from 60/105/150/195/240 to 70/115/165/205/250

armor reduction increased

really riot, because, armor is doing SOO MUCH right now

BUILDING ARMOR IS PRACTICALLY TROLLING

there are so many ways to bypass armor it is laughable

The armor reduction stays the same at max rank.. It's focused on dealing with in the early game. Someone having 35 armor at level 1 will only have 28 with the E slice. It's not the BEST buff and thank god it isnt but its not horrible either.
