Zhonya itself is 92% cost efficient and costs 2900 gold, however with 300 less gold it becomes 103% gold efficient which as high as pre-nerf zhonya!!!

additionally it reduces zhonya's cd by 19.25% with cosmic insight, which puts it on 84.9 seconds cd which is lower than pre-nerf zhonya cd

and why is it your best friend? simply because in this meta where ad damage is not rare, and lethality is present, buying a zhonya that is 103% gold efficient with 84.9 sec cd is in my opinion a very good strategy
