Talon, the new Bard of ARAM?

So, one thing I haven't seen anyone comment on is the ARAM experience of assassins post-update. I know this isn't the biggest priority, but for someone who likes to play ARAM a lot, the idea of having a 3 skill Talon isn't exactly appealing. I also don't know if I like the idea of having a lot of ooc movement speed. Thoughts?

Dude, ARAM Bard is the shit. You can use your E on the lower wall with the right angle you can create a 1mm portal you can fuck around to get your mood up. Don't trashtalk Santa Claus.
