Does trynd need a rework?

Im not going to get into an arguement about wether hes op or up.

He is however far to rng (crit) based, which makes him difficult to get into a balanced state.

I believe he does.

"BATTLE FURY: Tryndamere gains 0.35% critical strike chance per point of Fury he currently has, up to a maximum of 35% critical strike chance."

Ionno, that sounds pretty good.

Add some attack speed and the chances get higher while adding more crit chance.

yes, desperately. i dont think there is even a question about it. everything in his kit is broken.

i mean lets take a look at the fantasy hes supposed to fulfill.

a melee adc who isnt afraid to wade into the battle and dish out a whole ton of damage. theoretically this works with his kit, but practially it doesnt.

his early lane phase is determined by rng. this is already bad. like really bad in a pvp game. rng winning lanes is the reason riot removed the 4% crit mastery when it existed. the entire lane phase for tryn consists of fishing for crits, and unlimited sustain. does he get 2 crits in a row at lvl 2? yes, win lane. no? be mostly useless for the rest of the game.

his mid to lategame is dominated by splitpushing, because he absolutely sucks at teamfighting (the role hes supposed to be good at as a carry) and is such a good split pusher that hes plain cancer.

his kit is broken to the same level as poppys old kit was. basically if it were ever to work as intended it would have almost no counterplay.

honestly im suprised that he wasnt considered on the official rework shedule yet. he needs a rework more desperately than even taric, warwick or yorick did.

honestly, i wouldnt be surpised if they reworked him from a melee adc into a brusier like they did with sion.

the intense, and mobile gameplay of fiora, yasuo, or yi wouldnt fit tryn as a champion.
