Why soraka heal costs mana
i think it is no sense cause she already spend 10% of her health considering her other spells cost a lot too

The idea is that by giving W a small mana cost, Q and E can be a little cheaper (especially Q), allowing her to use it more often.
Linna Excel1 votesHer Q and E are overcosted as it is. Her Q's cost harkens back to when her E was free. Her E cost came in when she was nerfed down to urgot level.

- Riot hates soraka and wants her to go away forever
- Riot doesn't want soraka to be fun to play for anyone anymore
- I think they are doing everything possible to discourage people on the dedicated healer from healing.
