You do realize he's perfectly balanced except for his Bonetooth passive scaling? +30% bonus AD is not okay. And +20% is still a bit excessive. But otherwise, he has now become perfectly fair.
They did remove his ability to one-shot, however he can now beat pretty much anyone to death. He is just over-tuned right now, that is all that is wrong with him. He is way overtuned.. but its not a big deal.
But tank rengar op now...
He as gotten too much power in his kit, but with only one proper damage ability I can understand the high AD after a few boneteeths
