Meddler, can we get a status update on Rylais? It's been a while
This patch cycle's going to end pretty soon so when are we going to get some concrete Rylais changes?

Changes likely in 6.24, need to chat with the team to figure out what their likely form is though.
the status is that it is status quo
meaning they have no real plans to change it
So what about the slow having a cd on it so people won't be able to perma slow with it?
I think they just need to tone down the ability power on the item but keep the slow.
It is one of the best items in the game because the AP is so high, it provides a slow, AND it gives you HP. The only thing it doesn't have is CDR.
