Yeah, if anything Riot would ban you for lashing back at the people actually ruining games. That's pretty much how they work. Personally, I think that verbal abuse can be treated with a mute rather than punishment unless if it's severe . . . ruining games on the other hand should be taken seriously.

But verbal communication is treated like murder.
