Can we make Lonian boots of Lucidity... (10% CDR boots) more appealing?

To be that guy, it's "Ionian" Boots of Lucidity, not "Lonian".

The are a good boot as is, just with the high levels of early damage in this meta, they aren't meta. They still are good boots.

what if they change its price to 1100g,remove the 10% summoners CDR and replace it with +10% max CDR?

so it can be a core item for CDR based champions,especially for mages that would appreciate making less mandatory

It'll be hard since lucidity boots would need a huge buff to make them worth. In a game where you can cap CDR with two items nobody will take lucidity boots over tabi/merc/sorc.

What if those boots instead of it giving 10% summoner spell cooldown, what if it was changed to this.

Unique Passive: Increases the duration of all Summoner Spells by 30%.

How much more appealing do they need to be when your other options are as follows: MR and Tenacity: Only really good on tank champions More Movement Speed, less slow duration: Pretty much the item that fighters want, but aren't actually being sold MORE movement speed, but only out of combat: I only ever see junglers take that option, with like...the one Talon player who still builds it in mid lane. Magic Pen: The only champions building this are the mages that double down on it with haunting guise for pretty much true damage against squishy champions. Attack Speed: I don't think anyone even builds this anymore Armor/ AA damage reduction: League of fuck bruisers

The Summoner Spell CDR makes it great imo. The cheap price and CDR are the cherry on the top.
