They all one shot faster and better than wukong, and they have the means to escape later. Wukong jungle/top is trash, literally at a disadvantage in 99% of match ups. Mid only works until low diamond. But no rework cuz china said no. Riot thinks wukong is historically a jungler, so why am I even surprised at their balance work. Sry wukong, you dont have enough selling skins to stay relevant.

Personally, I feel like he's pretty weak in the jungle right now as well, but yeah he's definitely weaker top. He was already pretty team-dependent before the nerfs, but now he's 100% reliant on his teammates to win the game, even if he gets fed early.
