If I wanted to roam I could literally play any other champ with a movement speed buffer and do more than a TF does.

Ahri Baka2 votesHe has 50% winrate , I don't think he sucks Also he was a meta pick in most of season 8 while no one noticed , he also has a point click stun which makes him fuck up less than other champions so , this point click stun is really helpful He doesn't suck , meta champions are just better , he is balanced.

If you have good map awareness and good macro he's one of the best mid laners you can play.
You don't pick TF to 1 shot someone or to be a waveclear bot (Anivia, Morgana exist for that). You pick TF for the global pressure you can exert.
