Why doesn't reporting troll picks ever result in a ban?

Seriously, since there is no punishment for it, players keep doing it anyways.

What the hell happened to summoners code? People don't give a fuck anymore and it's infuriating playing with a team that doesn't fucking care AT ALL about winning or losing.

RANKED IS SUCH A JOKE I don't even lose because of my own individual skill anymore, always the bot lane or some dumb ass jungler, or someone troll picking top decides to int their lane over and over and over again.

My jungler could be fighting the ENEMY support and the jungler in our side of the JG, and they will still be AFK farming minions like noobs.

It's like the game turned from the most competitive game to the game with the worst matchmaking in the history of games.

PLEASE bring back the competitive of league.. and punish trolls.
