Can we get meaningful Gnar and Maokai nerfs already

Gnar should be fairly easy to nerf - his kit has enough intrinsic levers that changing a few numbers here and there should put him in a good spot.

Maokai, on the other hand...I think he might be problematic on a conceptual level, somewhat like Thresh:

• He is very flexible and has a diverse enough set of tools to make him useful in any kind of situation. Pick comp? Point&Click gapcloser root and Q/E for follow up. Teamfight? AoE damage reduction plus AoE slow Peel? Q and W Splitpush? Q, E and R. Plus high base AS and AD. Laneswap/against a lanebully? Passive sustain that is increased if a lot of spells is cast, Q and E for ranged farming, good initiation/follow-up for ganks I somewhat suspected him to become a staple pick back when they changed his ult to move with him instead of being stationary. The power of that thing is just so unbelievable huge in coordinated play...
