What if we made a champ who could literally upgrade structurea?

Make the champ able to upgrade their own team's structures in unique ways besides damage.

Not the entire kit revolved around structures, just the ult or passive that lets you choose one of three buffs.

  1. Tower fires at max attack speed while increasing the heating up damage buff cap by double.

  2. The champion super upgrades the tower to shoot off one long range super powered skill shot that deals 10x the damage of a tower shot and explodes on impact.

  3. The champion repairs the structure, healing it for 10% max health every second for 5 seconds.

Really? In early game, you'd get first blood for farming under tower if they dive.

That's utterly busted. You're going to have to shift pretty much all his power there, so the rest of his kit will be next to useless.

Also, it becomes less and less useful as towers get destroyed. "Normal" early game champions do fall off, but they can still use all their abilities effectively. You're pretty much making a champion that can stop an enemy siege in one lane, but is pretty much useless aside from that.
