Why is it that Vlad is able to constantly spam his abilities and sustain himself with no way to answer? Why is it that he has no mana costs so this spam is endless?
It is a very anti-fun champion to play against and is a poor kit in my opinion.

And you can reduce the sustain with a grevious wound effect.
And it takes a while for him to get the ball rolling.
But yes, he's annoying.
