Help Stashu! Suggest meaningful stack bonuses for Cassio!

So,

after reading that Stashu wasn't satisfied with the current bonuses and considers adding/ changeing them I thought it might be a good idea to gather ideas.

Personally, I'ld like an early bonus ( 50 stacks) which reduces the attack damage of opponents by a flat amount. This way Cassiopeia could "bully" her lane opponents by making lasthitting more difficult. Lanebullying doesn't have to equal an overwhelming kill threat. It'ld also fit her poison identity nicely.
