Fiora CURRENT STATE

Passive: Fiora identifies the Vitals of nearby enemy champions, marked as an arc around themselves. Vitals take 0.5 seconds to identify and linger for 15 seconds. After a Vital is triggered or times out, Fiora identifies a new one on her target. Basic attacks and/or damaging abilities against a Vital deal 2% (+ 4.5% per 100 bonus AD) of target's maximum health as bonus true damage, heal Fiora for 30 - 115 (based on level) and grant her 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% bonus movement speed that decays over 1.75 seconds.

Lunge (Q): Fiora lunges in a direction and stabs a nearby enemy, dealing 65/75/85/95/105 (+60% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage and applying on-hit effects. This attack prioritizes Vitals and enemies it will kill.If this ability hits an enemy, 60% of its cooldown is refunded. CD = 16/14/12/10/8

Riposte (W): Fiora parries all incoming damage, debuffs, and disables for the next 0.75 seconds and then stabs in the target direction. The stab deals 90/130/170/210/250 (+100%AP) magic damage to the first enemy champion hit and slows their movement and attack speed by 50% for 1.5 seconds. If Fiora parries an immobilizing effect, Riposte stuns instead of slowing.

Bladework (E): Fiora's next two basic attacks within 4 seconds gain 175 range and 50% bonus attack speed. The first basic attack can never critically strike, but slows its target by 30% for 1 second, while the second basic attack is guaranteed to critically strike for bonus critical damage.

Grand Challenge (R): Fiora challenges the target enemy champion for 8 seconds, highlighting their four vitals and creating an area around them, granting Fiora Duelist's Dance's movement speed while inside it. While in effect, Duelist's Dance does not identify new Vitals on target. If she triggers at least one vital before her target dies, or triggers all four, she creates a Grand Challenge Victory Zone that heals all allied champions within it for 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 seconds.

THE WAY Fiora SHOULD BE!

Passive: Fiora identifies the Vitals of nearby enemy champions, marked as an arc around themselves. Vitals take 0.5 seconds to identify and linger for 5 seconds. After a Vital is triggered, Fiora identifies a new one on her target. If the vital times out, it goes on a 5 second cooldown before finding a new one. Basic attacks and/or damaging abilities against a Vital deal 2% (+ 4.5% per 100 bonus AD) of target's maximum health as bonus true damage, heal Fiora for 30 - 115 (based on level) and grant her 20 / 30 / 40 / 50% bonus movement speed that decays over 1.5 seconds.

Lunge (Q): Fiora lunges in a direction and stabs a nearby enemy, dealing physical damage and applying on-hit effects. Fiora lunges in a direction and stabs a nearby enemy, dealing 65/75/85/95/105 (+60% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage and applying on-hit effects. This attack prioritizes Vitals and enemies it will kill.If this ability hits a vital, 60% of its cooldown is refunded. CD = 10/9.5/9/8.5/8

Riposte (W): Fiora parries all incoming damage, debuffs, and disables for the next 0.5 seconds and then stabs in the target direction. The stab deals 90/130/170/210/250 (+100%AP) magic damage to the first enemy champion hit and slows their movement speed by 50% for 1.5 seconds. If Fiora parries an immobilizing effect, Riposte stuns instead of slowing.

Bladework (E): Fiora's next two basic attacks within 4 seconds gain 175 range and 50% bonus attack speed. Both attacks strike for total ad + 75% total ad.

Grand Challenge (R): Fiora challenges the target enemy champion for 4 seconds and adds 1 second for each vital hit, highlighting their four vitals and creating an area around them, granting Fiora Duelist's Dance's movement speed while inside it. While in effect, Duelist's Dance does not identify new Vitals on target. If she triggers at least one vital before her target dies, or triggers all four, she creates a Grand Challenge Victory Zone that heals all allied champions within it for 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 seconds.

TL;DR

Passive - Reveals vital for 5 seconds, refreshes instantly on hit, 5 second cooldown if timed out. Q - Only gets CDR bonus if it hits a vital. Reduced Cooldown W - Removed AS debuff. E - Between the 2 attacks, grants the damage you'd get from landing a single critical with item 3031. R - You get half the duration at start, with the rest of the duration upon hitting vitals.

So whats the compensation, because that is just a bunch of nerfs.

Radiant Wukong1 votes

The only nerfs are as debuff removal and getting rid of her weaker slow on E since there's already one on W.

The buffs are more damage and faster cooldowns.

2 "nerfs" and 2 "buffs"

The point is to add a window of opportunity for her opponent if a vital times out. The fact that it does max health % damage, there's absolutely no way to build around that. At least Vayne has to hit you 3 times, which makes item 3082 a god tier item against her, does absolutely nothing against Fiora though.

Only getting the Q cooldown when hitting a vital sounds terrible. The Q cooldown is high, even with the buff to it early. 10/9.5/9/8.5/8

That on top of her passive being able to go on cooldown, is too much. I can't imagine how clunky she would feel just barely not hitting the vital for whatever reason.

On the other side,

You lowered her Q cooldown lvl 1 by 8 seconds, I can't imagine also having a my Q on a 4 seconds cooldown, if I can hit vitals. Rather than 6. and instantly refreshing? In another comment, you said it was already like this. That is simply just wrong. It is not instant. After hitting a vital, the next one takes a second or two to pop up and become active.

Fiora doesn't always get a vital that she wants to hit. The down time on her Qs and vitals with this change is much larger than you might think at first look.

You removed her E slow. That itself is a big nerf.

A item 3082 or item 3047 is still going to do wonders vs fiora, especially early. He has some true damage, but she's all autos.

What makes you think, you could rework and balance a champion, you don't play at all. You have 447 mastery points on Fiora. You simply don't understand her at all.

It is not just Fiora's opponent you need to thing about when proposing changes, you need to think about the player playing Fiora.

Another small thing, fiora's ult lasts 8 seconds. Your change is a nerf, because the max length becomes 7 seconds lol.

You don't even know what you're nerfing.

You assumed I don't have over 2000 games played because you clearly didn't recognize this isn't my 1st account.

You just reply to the single last line of a 30+ lines post. What about all the other good and factual points they makes in the rest of their post?

(Also: I don't believe you. If you really had another account, you would actually quote it, not just vaguely imply that you have one.)

Talon Wukong (was the last name change of my permabanned account) Fizz Wukong (is my 2nd account which I think is still active)

The rest are just names I've changed to over the years between those 2 accounts

Ekko Wukong MK Wukong TMK Wukong Akali Wukong Fiora Wukong Riven Wukong Darius Wukong Pantheon Wukong Illaoi Wukong Irelia Wukong

Radiant Wukong, my 3rd account and current account, name was originally Heir of Lito but nobody reads the lore and had no idea that Lito is Irelia's dad so I changed my name to this.

That is simply just wrong. It is not instant. After hitting a vital, the next one takes a second or two to pop up and become active.

Actually, it takes .5 second, like in all other cases. No matter if a Vital appears because they just came close, because an old one timed out, because you proc'ed one, or because you just used R, in all cases it takes .5 s to fully appear.

Radiant Wukong1 votes

A half second is instant. It takes .5 seconds for you to be able to hit it, but it appears without delay. I don't know any God-tier level Fiora player that can actually hit 2 different vitals within 1 second anyway without hitting the back one first.

Her ult is literally hitting 4 vitals within 8 seconds. Ideally, you want to hit a vital, ult to reset your auto, immediately hitting another vital. I can hit 5 vitals in a couple seconds, it just depends how my opponent is playing.

Half a second isn't instant.

I doubt you've even played 2000 games period. I cant see a person playing 2000 games on any champ, then just never playing that champ again. That is literally over 1,000,000 mastery points. With all those names having wukong in it, he's at 56,000 lol.

Talon wukong doesnt exists. An account doesn't just disappear, even if it is permabanned. It can be renamed though. fizz wukong is level 11 according to op.gg

You don't play fiora, you barely even play wukong

Talon Wukong was deleted so I could use the same email address. But you can see my boards post using that account dating back to 2012.

So, in case you didn't know, there are two "sides" for Fiora Vitals: one side is up+right, the other is down+left. When you proc a Vital, the next one always appears on the opposite side.

If it was really instant, and not .5 s which is not instant at all, you could proc a Vital and dash on the opposite side of your enemy and be sure that the Vital is already active. As it is right now, you have to wait a little if you don't want to waste your dash. And my Fiora is at a lowly Silver-tiers, I'm pretty sure Faker could easily proc 4 Vitals in 1 second if they were actually instant.

a full rework is needed imo. % health true damage is an unhealthy mechanic and literally cannot be built around through items

also ur new passive is basicly a nerfed fiora ult like wtf build manamune, CDR, win lane instantly?

Reveals vital for 5 seconds, refreshes instantly on hit

Radiant Wukong1 votes

This is the exact same as she is now. If he she hits your vital, a new one immediately pops up. That's not even changed lol

The difference being if you manage to stay away from her long enough to not get a vital hit, you have a window of opportunity to engage or farm.

Rick Yiordan1 votes

yeah that was stupid of me on that one, but you forget that you can walk out of the vital range (similar to illaoi when she grabs your spirit) and it'll reset when you walk back to her, so will she have a cd on passive if that happens?

Radiant Wukong1 votes

When you walk back up to her, it immediately grants a new vital. It only takes a half second which still makes her unsafe to engage.

DeathBurst1 votes

As someone else already mentioned elsewhere, it does not refresh instantly on-hit but takes .5 second currently.

% health true is the point of the damage. You're not supposed to be able to mitigate that damage.

But the only way she can deal it is through entirely avoidable and/or counterplayable methods, as opposed to autoattacks (physical damage), targeted abilities (either or), point blank AoEs/large enough skillshots to make dodging near impossible (either or), etc.

Joxcab2 votes

But she's perfectly balanced. What's the point of gutting her with all these retarded unnecessary nerfs? The only thing that's even slightly close to potentially being a problem is the Death Dance buffs, but even with those, she is still perfectly balanced.

This makes her literal fucking sewer trash.

Stop complaining, thanks.
