vayne is better when she maxes tumble, lucian is better by level 3 when he can perform a full skill rotation, and kalista will be better than all of them starting right out of the gate at level 1.

vayne and lucian both have to auto attack to improve the cooldown of their mobility skills. kalista as well. ezreal doesnt. that's a really big difference as far as mobility is concerned.

you mixed up vayne and ezreal there.

the cooldown of tumble doesnt start until you auto attack with it. you can run around with your empowered auto but it has a pretty long duration. Ezreal's Q is over 1000 range and grants CDR
