I wonder how many people actually play the champions they hate before posting these posts.

Draven is a feast or famine champion. You get a kill in lane and cash in your stacks, you should win the lane automatically if you're a decent player. If the Draven player dies in lane and loses all his stacks, Draven should lose lane because pretty much all the current ADCs out scale him as the game progresses. If you want to counter Draven, all you do is either play safe and farm as best as possible or just ask your jungler to gank bot lane and get rid of his stacks. When Warlords was a thing, ganking a Draven was scaring because he was a lot stronger and just healed for crazy amounts. Now Draven is fairly weak in my opinion and is easy to kill if he's ganked.
