A list of mana potion removal victims.
Mid laners:
Most mana regen I buy on them is 
, without mana potions to get me through the early game I'll have to get 
instead and I'd much rather morellos considering most of the time I'm against AD mids/tops nowadays and healing reduction is always nicer to have.
Top laners:
Same boat as mid laners for Karma and Shaco. Yorick and Urgot both rush big ticket mana items first, but until they have them, mana's tough on them. Malph, GP, and Galio all can buy mana items, but typically it's not their first item. Hence the dependence on mana potions.
Supports:
A lot of supports don't have the luxury of rushing mana items/regen items first so they rely on mana potions to keep them going. Sure there's coin, but coin users are few and far between.
Marksmen:
Not much to see here. Most of you probably don't even use mana pots on these two, but I'm sure some of you out there do and these are the two marksmen I'd see buffed if you're going to remove mana potions.
Obviously some of this is opinionated. Some of you don't build mana potions on these champions, some of you may not play some of these champs in the lanes I put them in. Regardless, these are the champions I'd like to see get mana regen or mana buffs with the removal of mana potions.
