Compared to the Cass Rework Morde's seems to be changing for the better.

How so?

What's the difference between the two that Morde's actually getting tweaked?

Not that I'm complaining, i love Morde but it's actually quite funny since both of them brought about a huge community backlash.

i don't know if it's better. just wait and see to confirm (for now ,globally it's a really small nerf,so his gameplay isn't about his Q spell. but i'm seeing his winrate is really low now,so i can't say if it's better for him or not)

Preseason changes messed up Morde a fair bit doesn't help when the Masterys system doesn't seem to work with him

Vladimir, Morde and Co are being kept weak cause they're "unhealthy", "oppressive" and unfun to face
