Is BMB on the rotation?

I'm just wondering, is Black Market Brawlers on the rotation for featured game modes?

They put in 'ARAM with one difference and no summoner spells' for this week, so I'm hoping they have the sense to put the second-best mode as well. (arguably the best, since URF gets boring after a few hours of Ezreal Alistar Galio Malzahar in every match)

I was wondering which one of those champion numbers was Malzahar

Turns out it wasn't any of them.
