Qol buffs for nocturne
He should have 175 range he is really dependent by autoattacking and has 2 big blades so having 175 range is justified i mean

his stick,and no one of them outside xin is really dependent by autoattacking,an other buff would be reducing his early mana cost being oom after 3 spells at early levels isn't funny.. sametimes i can't even give the blue to the midlaner an aa based champ shouldn't be so mana hungry
