It's like you dont need to be isolated anymore to be 1shot by this fucking bug. Who woulda thought the 2-3 times stealthing to proc both the Passive + (excluding the first initiation ofc) would be balanced?

Let's not forget about the 110% AD scaling Q that deals 65% more damage to isolate targets is on 4 CD only.

He has hybrid damage, and with the reduction of both armor and magic resist, this made him more stronger.

If you're gonna tell me he's "fine" "just kite/cc him" , then does he have the 3rd highest pick ratio in the jungle (15%+) ?

Like I said. The new runes system, + few items Ex: gave a HUGE advantage to certain champs.

the problem isn't kha, it's the new system. Like you said "certain champs" kha just happens to fall into it.

Actually, it's the system + the high AD scaling. he can reach almost 1 Sec of Q with no CD on his passive that works the same way D.B works.

Is kha strong? Yes. Does he fall under the idea that his broken? I don’t know. Kha is an Assassin. The idea of an Assassin is to be strong early, snowball out of control, and end the game as fast as possible. It’s just hard to tell if an Assassin is over tuned or not. Right now thanks to the preseason it’s hard to tell if it’s the rune, item, or champ that makes kha strong and possible broken. I would give it till the first of the new season to really tell if he is on the broken side of things.

Why the hell are you speaking "in general"? Yes Kha is broken, it's obvious, and nobody can argue about it.

He was strong, now he's broken, and he will still be stronger than your average jungler or assassin.

Pretty much db, not kha he was the most balanced assassin pre db. All you had to do is group, now with db he just has to r auto r auto with q fillers in between to get kills they broke him. Anytime kha uses his q as fillers means that they broke him his q is his main dmg dealer.

Nah, not just you. Lee, J4, Kha, and Kayn(talon top also but no1 plays it) are pretty busted right now. Duskblade needs to be toned back early, maybe both reduced starting lethality that scales up and a reduction in the damage or increasing the cooldown (talon and kha get 2 procs, kha even more)

Kha gets 3 prcs at least, initiations then 2x stealths. Talon can proc twice, but still, he cant proc his passive twice like Kha, thats what makes kha stronger, bec of the passive + D.B proc x 3 + the Q AD scaling x 0.63 (63% if isolated).

I think too that dusbkblade is more of a bandaid fix for assassins then i real item. But the problem are the new runes they are overloaded with damage while your resistances are gone.

Kha oneshots even with 0 lethality. He has needed nerfs since before the preseason, but Riot has ignored him for some reason.

yeah his scaling is pretty good, when he evolves leap and his ult, just dont go near bushes at all, hes really fucking rapey. Me being a person who mainly plays kindred as my jungler, you have to rely on other lanes and always be careful getting marks, but kindred might be able to outdamage if she builds a infinity edge and E s to slow, then followeed up with the W Q AA Q type combo

Yup.

When the new system dropped, his scalings weren't nerfed, and it resulted in a gross assassin that has too much mobility for the damage he's dishing out.

Because he doesn't need you to be isolated. When Riot reworked him they buffed his passive to scale with AD. Pretty sure it still deals magic damage too. So combine his passive + duskblade proc and the fact that he can reset it multiple times. His Q does far less damage than it used to while isolated, but you had to get lucky and play crazy smart when he fought you while unisolated.

The only mages that are in a bad spot are Syndra & Casseopiea (around 45%). This is for all elos from op.gg - w/r for mages are higher in higher elos.

(The ONLY w/r under 49% for Diamond+ for an immobile mage is Ryze).

Just come out and say it, immobile mages are doing FINE, its just that they don't rule mid lane 100% of the time that's making mage mains salty.
