Instead of doing either one of two things
Red buff ---> Scuttle -----> Gank/fight
Blue/Red -----> One camp to get level 3 ------> Endless ganking

Instead of doing either one of two things

That is inefficient. You have time to kill.another camp before scuttle.
Blue/Red -----> One camp to get level 3 ------> Endless ganking
That only.provides level 2, not level 3, and no endless ganking.
