@Riot Will you rework Vladimir/Soraka again ?

Vlad has a 42% win rate and obviously a kit you cannot balance around solo q and lcs. I think he just needs another rework but with no hp scaling bullshit that allowed him to build tank to do dmg, nor having his 2 Q's garbage so the third can be broken. Doesn't feel good to play against or to play as. Just feels too clunky. Also, his animations on blood lord skin were way better and more baddas before.

Same goes for Soraka, you keep nerfing her numbers, on pbe there's currently a cd on her W that is literally doubled on lvl 1, so you are trying to push her to max W first for sure. That's only gonna make people play her passively even more, because lvl 1 Q won't do anything. People hate her enough already. She needs a rework too, probably just a minor one if you focus just on her W.
