I wish ryze would just be scrapped and thrown away

Such a dead meme, and we all know he wont ever be truly balanced no matter how many times they rework him. And I swear its always this huge battle mage case where they forget that if they buff a tank item that gives ANY magic damage, champions like cass and ryze will use it hard and auto stomp lanes

Like if riot buffs ryze once they'll break him, nerf him once he will be so fucking useless. But him right now isn't even balanced? People will be like "oh his wr is very low" Ill concede there is a skill floor there but pros played him even when he was at 40% wr bc hes stupid strong, people just don't know how to play him. I know there are a ton of dedicated ryze mains out there but like holy fuck I cant think of a more toxic kit next to like any of CT's champs [sg-miss-fortune]
