This entire season has been full of the least skilled builds possible - cheap and gimmicky where you auto attack your opponent to death and never die. There's not enough bans to handle them all, and Riot is way too slow with nerfs. By the time Riot gets this in order, it'll be season 7 with a whole new wave of changes to screw everything up.
