cassiopea make an appearence as a toplaner to anyone else?

everytime I see cassiopea picked its been toplane outside of one game recently, and that was a mid one

does it just make her much easier to play against a majority of the toplaners?

its really annoying, glad I have ryze as a choice for toplane against her.

cass top isn't that uncommon. she's still played a large majority of the time mid, but top is something like 15% of the time iirc.
